At the school, our mission
is to provide a community centered around the mold making
needs of chefs and culinary enthusiasts. Our goal is to be the epicenter of
technical information, materials and unique products relating to the art of
mold making & casting.
We offer published educational articles, classes, an instructional mold making book, Confectionery Art Casting, technical assistance, mold making tools and supplies, ready
